This hands-on role includes:
Maintaining, evaluating & reviewing the health and personal care continuous improvement program
Empowering staff to accept responsibility through effective delegation of activities
Developing Health and Personal Care objectives & plans
Coordinating and evaluating the ACFI documentation system
Our ideal candidate will have:
Tertiary Qualifications in a health related field
Previous aged care management training/experience
Registration as Registered Nurse (Div 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency
Good knowledge of ACFI documentation
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven teamwork ability
Experience working with the elderly
